Refund Policy: New and unopened books may be returned within 14 days of receipt for full refund.  Book purchaser is responsible for return shipping and book must be returned in unopened and undamaged condition for refund.  If book does not arrive within 30 days of order, full refund will be issued to book purchaser.  30 days is allowed for book arrival due to shipping and logistics slowdown around world following COVID-19 outbreak.  If book does not arrive, please contact us via this website "contact us" button and request refund.  If the US Postal Service tracking indicates that book has not been delivered, a full refund will be issued within 48 hours of your request.  If US Postal Service tracking indicates that the book has been delivered, no refund will be issued. Please verify that your address is correct.  We cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses should you enter an incorrect address in your order.
